
In the 2025 Integrity Assessment conducted by the Independent Authority Against Corruption, which covered 16 ministries, 34 agencies, and Governor’s Offices of all 21 provinces and the capital city, the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia ranked first among all participating government organizations.
Under the Law on Combating Corruption of Mongolia, the Independent Authority Against Corruption is mandated to assess the integrity of public institutions and inform the public. Within this mandate, the Authority has been conducting integrity assessment surveys since 2015, with the 2025 assessment marking its ninth iteration.
The 2025 survey included responses from 10,840 citizens and representatives of business entities, 2,660 public officials, and 1,530 policy participants and experts. The Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia achieved the highest overall ranking among all government organizations, maintaining its top position from the previous year.
