In accordance with Government Resolution No. 23 of 2025, a state inspection of archives, records management, and work organization in government institutions is scheduled to be conducted during the third and fourth quarters of 2025.

As part of this process, a working group conducting the state inspection will evaluate the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia from October 27 to 29, 2025. The evaluation will cover the organization’s archives, records management, and work organization, and will be assessed based on 9 main criteria and 38 sub-criteria.
