
At the invitation of the Ministry of Economy and Development, representatives of the World Bank are on an official mission in Ulaanbaatar in connection with activities aimed at “Strengthening the Science, Technology, and Innovation System and Facilitating Market Entry in Mongolia.”
As part of the mission, the delegation seeks to assess Mongolia’s science, technology, and innovation ecosystem. In this context, the officials of the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia met with the World Bank representatives and provided an overview of the organization’s activities, as well as those of the Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC).
During the meeting, the parties discussed the role and importance of intellectual property and innovation strategies, Mongolia’s current innovation policies and legal framework, and exchanged experiences.
