At the meeting, the 2023 annual work plan of the Council, the last year's report of the "MOSCAP" Mongolian Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers and the tariff for the use of works determined by mutual agreement with the author, copyright holder and related rights holders were discussed and approved.

Also, the year 2023 is reflected in the plan to carry out very effective specific tasks such as providing all artists with the laws and regulations on Intellectual Property, Copyright, and other relevant information in the form of training.

The Council consists of a total of 14 members and is established in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Intellectual Property and works in accordance with the Law of Intellectual Property, the Law of Copyright, and other related laws.
